We have known Paul & Katalina for years and at long last stayed at their fabulous place on the peninsula. Couldn’t be better! We live in Canada (snowy now) so have fond memories of the warmth and the hospitality. Gave me time to reflect too. I am an expat Kiwi and an author. All about the first 30 or so years of my life and the trouble we got into, then my time as a television reporter and foreign correspondent covering national and international events. Staying at Karikari Lodge was a welcome relaxing break before the last writing stretch. We will be back!
