We booked for a night at this amazingly beautiful new zealand house and were greeted on arrival by the more than nice owners Katalina and Paul. After we had a what felt like the best nights sleep in a while, we left in the morning for the beautiful beaches not far from here. As luck would have it, we blew one of our tires on our way back and in an emergency stopped by the lodge we left that same morning. Katalina and Paul were so nice, that they lent us their phone to call the rental company where we rented our car and recommended a mechanic to fix our tire. Unfortunately the shop didn’t have the tires we needed so we fell back to the lodge where Katalina and Paul welcomed us back with open arms and granted us another night in their beautiful house. We’ll be eternally grateful to them for their hospitality and incredible niceness.
I recommend this lodge to absolutely everyone as it’s an amazing experience through and through. 100/10
